These dampers do a better job of damping the motion of the front end than do simply putting a lube on the front kingpins of an F1 car. I used some Tamiya AW grease which is naturally heavy and smoothed out the front-end motion over the bumps on the straight of my home track. Really, any racer of the F1 Ultra should add these to the car.
