Because too many customers are not returning parts that are mistakenly shipped (like Jake Rangel etc), we can no longer use the HONOR SYSTEM for parts exchanges. All parts in question must be returned to us first so that we may send out the replacement part in question. Unfortunately some are keeping both parts (even when we email a return label) instead of returning said part as they agreed.

UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS: WE HAVE A DISTRIBUTOR HERE TO HANDLE YOUR ORDERS PROMPTLY. UK customers must go through our UK dealer network for Exotek products.

 

SHIPPING

1. Domestic orders are shipped USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail, our choice and normally shipped on the following business day.
2. International orders are shipped USPS Global PRIORITY or Global Express, our choice and normally shipped on the following business day.
3. International orders are shipped USPS Global EXPRESS when orders are over $150 or over 1lbs but still our choice.
4. Global Express includes express shipping (3-6 day delivery), handling and insurance.
5. Global Priority is NOT insured or trackable. We offer no guarantee on orders shipped Global Priority once we have delivered an order to the Post Office.

6. Global Priority shipping normally takes 1-3 weeks but sometimes may take longer depending on the speed of your countries Customs Department.

7. Please check your inbox and also your SPAM box for shipping notifications.

8. YOUR CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ADDRESS SUPPLIED BY YOU WILL OVER RIDE ALL OTHER ADDRESSES PROVIDED. WE MUST SHIP TO THE PAYMENT ADDRESS. PLEASE ENTER YOUR PAYMENT ADDRESS ACCURATELY.

RETURNS

At EXOTEK RACING, your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and full credit to the original customer (minus shipping) for any unused products that are returned to us, shipping paid, within 14 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice for quicker processing. Open packages may be subject to 15% restocking fee.



CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be submitted before the order ships for a full refund.

MISSING OR DEFECTIVE PARTS

Please direct missing or defective parts inquiries through our 'contact us' page. Please include your invoice number and include "parts" in your header and we'll be sure to make it right. These policies cover the original customer only.
