Product Description
High performance machined POM spur gears for all Exotek slipper eliminator hubs.
Our spur gears are 100% machined POM to insure true roundness, with extra interior machining to reduce overall weight for reduced rotating mass. Much stiffer and truer than molded nylon spur gears.
Requires 3- M3x6 button head screws (not included).

After stripping out the stock and aluminum spur gear upgrades in my B5, I thought that I would give it a shot. Totally worth it! I have abused my B5 and the Flite Spur gear looks brand new. Teamed up with the slipper eliminator, my car is lighter, has more aggressive acceleration , and durable. Way to go Exotek!

The product itself is flawless. Well machined piece and does what is expected frim its quality. Problem is the Yokomo kit itself. The original motor mount cannot go closer to the spur gear so that u need a very large pinion gear like 33T to mount with the 75 spur gear. I also ordered a 66 spur gear. Sigh... Do hope Exotec can come up with a Yokomo YZ-4 Motor Mount which can hold great with the Spur Gear. Maybe the optional aluminium motor mount from Yokomo makes it doable to mount. Did not have the time to find it out by myself.
