The new R3.5 is hitting a track near you!

Based on the very successful R3, the updated R3.5 is lighter, leaner and meaner. Designed to increase grip and lower overall center of gravity thanks to the new thinner 1.5mm bottom plate.

The R3.5 perfectly accepts 6 NiMh cells side by side but really shines with a micro sized Lipo pack. Multiple tape slots in the battery compartment allows you to position the batteries front to back balance to your tastes.

Universal servo mounts accepts servos such as Hitec 65MG, Airtronics 94091, Hitec 85MG (not the 81MG, sorry) and the superb Airtronics 94761..

The new steering system brings the M18 even closer to incredible 1/10th sedan type handling. The new steering system introduces a ball bearing supported alloy steering crank to the M18 platform for the first time. With the increased Ackerman effect the R3 is able to turn in faster with less steering throw and the result is greatly reduced wheel scrub therefore you are able to maintain much more corner speed. The other benefits are better stability and control because the steering links are now independent of each other thanks to the two adjustable titanium turnbuckles and links.
